Poured from 473mL can (no date stamp). Clear-ish dull gold with dissipating white head. Mild guava, just a feint hint of pineapple and mango, there's some salt and a slightly wheaty tartness with an underlying creaminess that actually presents a little bit as banana paste. Not terrible, but could use some work.

A hazed milky yellow gose with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light citrus, tropical fruit, light acidic notes, Epsom salts, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity mix of tart berries, light lime, Epsom salts, very nice. On tap at L'autre oeil.

4 Origines Gose Down Easy 4.8% Mango, Pineapple & Guava sour Opaque pineapple juice gold color with thin wispy foam. Tart sour Gose aroma with light guava notes. The taste is very similar, with little pineapple or mango flavor but an overall pleasant tart tropical flavor.

Dull and flat-looking, this certainly doesn't present itself well. There's certainly a bit of saltiness, wheatiness, and guava. The other fruits, maybe not as obvious. Overall the fruit character is muted. The malt is muddled and that's really too bad, because it really detracts from the beer. So the malt base misses and that undermines most everything else, but the miss is likely at least partly due to the fermentation, which doesn't taste off but sure looks off.
