A reddish copper ale with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light coconut, vanilla, alcohol warmth, very nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light maraschino cherries, light vanilla, alcohol warmth, very nice. On tap at Festibière de Gatineau été 2018.

Bottle: Poured a hay dark brown color ale with a nice large foamy head with some retention and some lacing. Aroma of intense woody aroma with light tart notes and some caramelized malt notes. Taste is a complex mix of acidic notes with some tart and oak notes with tart cherry and intense woody flavours. Body is full with good carbonation with no apparent alcohol. I was expecting a Flanders Red but this was quite the treat.
