Sterk verfrissend bier op basis van witbier en weizen. Zacht volle moutsmaak en zoet romig in de afdronk. Geniet van deze unieke smaakcombinatie van wit en weizen.

On tap In De Wildeman, Amsterdam. Hazy yellow coloured, small white head, slight acidic and spicy nose. Yeasty, buttery and spicy but overall quite weak and watery. Notes of fruits in the finish but nothing much. Had many better Witbeers.

(Draught at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 1 Aug 2009) Cloudy yellow colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, wheaty nose with citrus and spices. Fruity taste with notes of citrus, grass and hints of soap. Thin body, balanced sweetness. Rather anonymous but still a decent witbier.

Bottled. Cloudy golden, minimal head. Dry and fruity with some glue and metal. Thin and grainy. No bitterness. The primitve mouthfeel takes awaythe refreshing qualities.

Bottled, thanks jbrus! Deep golden colour, small white head. Aroma is toffee, wheat, some mild spices and yeast. Flavour is caramel, fruits and yeast in a nice balance. Slightly spicy too as it gets warmer.

(Bottle 30 cl) Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a hazy pale golden with a rough, white head. Very neutral aroma of nothing much. Thin body with fruit and sulphur notes and a vague whiff of yeast and coriander. Hardly any aftertaste. A very bland Wit. 041008

Bottle, 5%. Weak buttery aroma. Cloudy pale yellow colour. The flavour is bready, but not too bad. Slightly sweet. Tastes more like a blond than a wit.
