A well-laced, dense white head on a light straw body. The nose is fragrant with tropical fruit and ripe grapefruit. The taste profile is light and subtle, but with fresh and juicy fruit elements. Litchi, melon, kiwi and green apple along with ripe melon are all there. Bready malt with a touch of honey as well. The body is slightly thin. The tastes sustain nicely. I'm in!

Pours slightly hazed gold into an English pint. Bright white soapy head with medium retention recedes leaving spot lacing. Sweet caramel and resin aromas. Soft with tangerine and caramel upfront turning to dry resin and mild grapefruit in the medium length finish.

Bouteille de 750 ml. Les fruits tropicaux sont dominants au nez. Fruit de la passion, litchi, mangue avec un peu de gazon. Par contre, au tournis, l’alcool prends le dessus et domine le tout avec aplomb. Au visuel, c’est doré / ambré avec une petite mousse qui s’efface assez rapidement. L’entrée de bouche est très fruitée avec encore une fois des fruits tropicaux en abondance. Les saveurs gazonnées du dry hop sont bien dosées. L’amertume est franche et longue, bien pourvue en alcool. L’équilibre est juste entre alcool et autres saveurs. Corpulente et d’effervescence moyenne, elle invite à une dégustation à petites gorgées pour en apprécier toute sa saveur. Bonne au gout à cause de son fruité omniprésent, elle manque cependant de complexité par rapport aux autres éléments du style.

A hazed blonde DIPA with a thin creamy lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, perfumy characters, light citrus pulp, pleasant. In mouth, a sweet malt with perfumy notes, light solvent notes, light grassy hops, oily mouth feel, OK. On tap at L’autre oeil.

Bouteille 750ml. Couleur orangée trouble, mousse blanche. Arôme de melon miel, malt, houblon résineux, un peu poussiéreux. Goût de melon, malt, houblon fruité, amertume moyenne-faible, alcool, cantaloup, un peu sucré. Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen.
