500ml bottle from the lcbo. Hazy yellow pour with a big white head. Pungent hoppy Aroma, some light pine and fruity esters with some subtle the coriander and citrus zest. Hints or tart lemon and malted wheat are present also. Nice mouth feel, good carb, and crisp. Finish is quite lemony, slight tartness, good wheat notes, low bitterness, dry. A nice interpretation of the style, I enjoy the lack of over the top sweetness that alot of beers in this style have.

Pours a hazy, unfiltered, light golden-yellow colour with a white cap, decent stay and lacing. Wow, when they say a "modern take" on the style, they might mean adding some Brett, as some funk in here. Pretty hoppy all around for the style. Also witbier yeast in the nose. The taste is milder with the hops, yeast and earthy notes. Gets cloudier at last pour and the sweetness of Belgian Ale yeast comes out, helping. Pretty different, not really bad, but not my favourite twist on this style I really enjoy.

A hazed blonde wit with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light banana esters, cloves, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light banana esters, cloves, light mineral notes, oily mouth feel, nice. Bottle from LCBO.

Bottle from the LCBO. Hazy pale yellow with a small lingering white head. Nose is wheat, lemon and spice. Flavour follows with a well balanced tartness and coriander. Mouth is medium- and crisp with good carbonation. Well done. 7+/3+/7/3+/15
