750mL bottle, pours a deep dark mahogany / burgundy with a small pink head. Aroma is rich and complex, with lots of deep cherry piths, lots of wild yeast, oak, and even more deep cherry piths. Flavour is a real nice wild ale/grape wine hybrid, with lots of musty grape skins, plenty of barnyard funk, lots of oaky tannins, and general bugginess. Tannic, musty and oaky. Excellent.

Purplish colour, with no head. There's not much head. Big vinous aroma, quality grape note. Lean body, lots of fruit, a bit of tartness. Dry and tart. It's decent.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Dark purple red with small purple-ish white head. Lots of grape juice skins, decent, but not especially complex, a bit one note.

Thanks, Derek B.!
Manure, grapes, tannic. Taste is along the same lines, a bit on the acidic side. Quite good, but not their best.

A burgundy red ale with a thin white head. In aroma, nice sweet fruity malt with grapeskins, light red grapes pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity mix of grapes, light Brett, light acidity, light Epsom salts, very nice. On tap at brewery.

(750ml bottle from L'Axe du Malt, Quebec City) Pours lighlty hazed pink peach with an actively reviving white head and no lace. Aroma of red berries, red plums and fresh flowers with not terribly heavy wine notes, some richer citrus, moderate dusty funk and some smooth light saison yeast ester and phenol blend. Flavour is quite dry overall with very subtle acidic tartness; dominant fruity notes of surprisingly floral red grape with undertones of pink grapefruit, soft dusty saison yeasty quality, no acetic quality to speak of, light funk and just a little mineral in the bone dry finish that has crushed flowers, light saison phenols and a touch of grape tannin. Light bodied with filling champagne-like carbonation. Perhaps somewhat muted on the palate, some UT reviews suggest this bottle faded very fast though I'd expect
