Hazy amber-orange with golden highlights, a frothy-creamy warm off-white head, good retention and full tiny streaks of lacing. Big orange juice nose with citrus peel, tropical fruit notes and floral hints. Juicy mouthfeel with a slow, light building dryness. Orange juice taste again, with decent grassiness, a herbal touch to balance things. Quite a nice, real juicy Double NEIPA with the hops well-blended to make this a good refreshing, drinking experience.

Tasting at Phill's, can
Murky blond colour. Juicy, quite dank, with light sweetness, a hint of saffron, some citrus peel bitterness contributes to the balance. Very good.

16oz (thx, Alex G.-M.!) at Phill's place shared with Alex. Tick #48 out of TOP-50 🇨🇦 beers. Appearance: murky golden with a white head. Aroma: cat pees, slightly sweet tropical fruits. Taste: along the same lines, quite thick, very juicy. Overall: good one.

Can: Poured a milky hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma of huge floral notes of citrus and tropical notes with huge juicy floral undertones. Taste is also a mix of huge citrusy and tropical fruit notes with some juicy floral undertones and light residual sugar notes. Body is full with limited filtration and good carbonation. Great NEIPA with load of flavours.

(473ml can from what I think is a second batch? from L'Axe du Malt, Quebec City) Pours opaque slightly murky pale orange with a thick stable eggshel head of fine bubbles. Aroma of big fresh sweet fruit and a little preserved fruit besides; loads of peaches, pineapples, tangerines with hits of slightly musky floral guava and mango, touches of green leafy freshness, lightly sweet oaty malt and maybe a little spicy green onion. Flavour is rather sweet up front, juicy pureed peach, mango, tangerine and pineapple, some slightly bitter seed and citrus peel, slight cereals to the malt, rich and creamy with a drying middle to finish, nice leafy accents to the fruit, slight alcoholic liqueur note , rather light bitterness in the finish. Medium full chewy body, soft carbonation. Awesome brew from Le Castor, hope they continue to make DIPAs in this vein.
