Bottle @ home. I haven’t seen this in Colorado for a couple of years for some reason- maybe I’ve just overlooked it. Anyways, had to have this shipped in from New York, as I loved it the last time around. Cloudy, darkish golden appearance with a fluffy, off-white head. Pretty citrusy, bready, orange/lemon, Belgian yeasty aroma. A touch tangy, lemon/orange citrusy, cracker, pale malty, a touch musty, fruity yeasty flavor. Not as good as I remember but who knows how long this sucker sat around underneath fluorescent lights.

God help me, but I smell rice in this beer. There are lesser babyfood banana and lemon notes as well. Shimmering amber, medium white head. It tastes like is smells, but the babyfood quality is much more pronounced. Medium body, malty and ricey, but in a good way. Not peachy like most tripels. Unique and rather enjoyable.

Bottle from Utobeer Market Stall. Clear amber pour with a white head, goes nice and cloudy once you pour the rest in. Tangerine, pine, pineapple and marmalade aromas. Classic Belgian Tripel nose. Light ginger, pineapple, caramel and orange peel flavours. Dry, fruity finish. Very nice.
