Bottle. Hazy yellow pour with a large white head. Nice cereals, peppery, bright citrus notes. Refreshing, crisp, flavour falls off..... Citrus fades quickly, cereals remain, grassy, low bitterness. Decent saison, not great, not awful. Bought at IGA in Temiskaming, QC.

Can: Poured a pale yellow color ale with a large pure white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light rustic malt notes with some dry hoppy notes that are also noticeable. Taste is a mix of pale rustic malt notes with light yeasty notes and a dry hoppy finish. Body is slightly below average with good carbonation. Quaffable saison with limited level of complexity.

4-pack of 473ml cans. Pours a very slightly hazed golden colour with medium-sized bubble carbonation. The white head is a little on the warm side, pretty big, kind of creamy, bubbly with long retention and some good thick foamy lace. Very well-hopped with a nice balanced of the mild grassiness, spiciness, citrusy notes and Belgian-style yeast. The hops (which are Mosaic, Cascade and El Dorado) are again nicely blended and smooth in the taste. Refreshing mouthfeel with a decent slight dry finish. Hints of grass and citrus lingers lightly. This is quite a good easy-drinking summer hoppier Saison.

A hazed blonde saison with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, light curacao, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, light curacao, pleasant.
