Kasteel Blond is beautifully balanced with hop bitters and malty aromas. The hints of fruit from the yeast are reminiscent of citrus fruits. The beautiful balance makes the beer mild in the aftertaste and is therefore an excellent thirst-quencher.

Blond colour, white foam. Sweet yeasty nose, banana and peach. Taste is rather sweet with light bitter finish.

Bottle, 0.33l. Clear golden pour, one finger creamy white head. Medium retention, thick lacing on the glass. Nose is belgian yeast, wheat, mild caramel. Thin to medium body, soft carbonation. Average mouthfeel, somewhat light texture. Medium bitter taste with subtle sweet notes. Aroma of caramel, belgian yeast and wheat. A bit floral. Nice herbal spicy notes. Slight bubblegum. Grainy aftertaste. Medium finish, drying, slightly boozy. Overall, pretty decent although there's nothing to make it stand out from the crowd. Good.

Generally neutral and unimpressive, not terrible, but nothing special.

bottle at il pub, clear yellow, small white head. aroma is sweet flowery yellow fruity, faint sweet caramelly flavor is quite sweet for a blonde, sweet malty, caramel, yellow fruits, a bit of bitterness from herbal hops.

Botella 33 cl de supermercado Brugge 11.. 09.. 2017. (r242). Sesión con Eastwood y Octavio. Color ámbar amarillento turbio con espuma blanca persistente. Sabores dulces, ligeramente herbáceos especiados con toques melosos y especiados. Cuerpo medio con buena sensación alcohólica desde el principio. Espumoso y denso fino. Buena. Para repetir.
