Darker amber coloured, clean, with a big creamy light-beige head, great retention and thin creamy lacing. Hoppy aromas of grassiness, green leaves over the caramel malts and light fruitiness. Flavours are also fruity malts with the hops taking over. Fairly bitter and dry, but a red lager, so not too crazy in your fave. Nicely balanced overall for these styles.

Can, 473 ml, date of production: 30 01 20, bought at Rapido on 11 April 2020, savoured on 23 2020; eye: copper, clear, no effervescence, sheet of beige head that turns into a ring, light lacing; nose: hops, malt, very light fruity, light caramel; mouth: malt, hops, slight fruitiness, light astringency, slight acridness, light caramel, finale is more bitter than expected with presence of pine, light-medium body, good carbonation, more bitter than expected, lightly sweet, slightly raspy texture; overall: correct
