This is our hop monster. Despite a relatively modest ABV for an IPA, this beer delivers an explosion of hops in every sense. A very special beer.

Fra cask på The Mossy Well (tap takeover), delt med Steven: klar kobbergylden med cremskum som varer til bunns og vel så det. Fruktig og mykt anslag, solid bitterhet og god maltsmak med urter og skogaktige toner. Skled bekymringsløst over ganen. En pint var slett ikke for mye.

Cask at Walton Heath. Pours a clear amber orange with a near white head that lasts throughout the beer and laces nicely. Aroma has a light pine and grass with some bread and straw backing. Flavor has a bit more pine supported by grass, resin and a hint of grass.

Cask@The Eagle Ale House, South London (28/11/2021) - golden pour with a eggshell frothy head. Subtle pleasant hoppy fruity notes of orange and lemon, grapefruit, light citrus peel, sweet bready malts, medium body and soft carbonation, lingering hoppy close. Drinks so easy, yet again usual excellent condition here at the Eagle 🦅 🔴🔵

Cask, side by side with Gilt Complex. this is just a shade darker and a shade maltier. Actually, until it warmed, we could not tell for sure that it was a different beer. Very similar. A bit warmer malt with light caramel hints, slightly minty citrus hops, a touch toasty.
