Old rating - A 330ml bottle from La Cave a Bulles in 2014, notes from the following year - Pours a deep amber with a white foamy head. Aromas & tastes of caramel, grapefruit, pine, earth & malt. Medium bitter finish. Very well-made IPA.

Pint at Cafe Dunkerque. Clear yellow with some sudsy white head. Nose has orange and perfume and green grape. Flavors follow. Off dry and bitter finish. 6 3 6 3 12

A dark golden amber ipa with a thick frothy lacing light mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with grassy herbaceous hops, light mineral notes, light dank notes, pleasant. In mouth, biscuit malt with resinous hops, light citrus pulp, resinous and piney. Bottle from La Fine Mousse, summer 2015.

Bottle at CDG. Deep gold with a solid head. Aroma of of pine hop. Flavour is spicy bitter, grapefruit and resin, lingering bitter fruit finish.

Bottle 330ml. @ [ chriso & Boudicca's pre- GBBF Shindig 2017 ] - Chris and Ruth's House, London. [ As Goutte d'Or Ernestine ].Clear medium yellow orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, candy, moderate hoppy, citrus, fruity hops, sweet fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity hops, citrus, sweet fruity hops, sweet malt, candy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle shared at Chriso's Pre-GBBF Shindig. 06/08/2017. Many thanks! A hazed dark oranage coloured pour with a loose sticky white head. Aroma is jammy fruits, orange rind, grainy, semi sweet. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, raw bready grains, jammy, marmelade, quince. Palate is grainy, moderate carbonation, little sweet. Not bad

Bottle from Cave a Bulles, 9th December 17. Pours dark for an IPA. Aroma is pine, malt. Taste is piney, caramel, malt, slightly muted, but OK IPA
