Elle a les caractéristiques attendues pour le style et c'est bien fait, frais, résineux et fruité à la fois. Elle est cependant un peu mince, et la mousse a des bulles plutôt grossières...

Bouteille brune, 500 ml, date : 12 04.18, achetée chez Rapido, savourée le 28 avril 2018; œil: dorée avec une teinte laiteuse, trouble, pas d’effervescence, anneau de mousse blanc cassé, légère dentelle; nez : pin, léger gomme-savon, très léger malt, frais; bouche : pin, léger gomme-savon, très léger malt, frais, légère astringence, finale en pin avec présence de houblon amérisant, pas mal amère, très légèrement sucrée, texture légèrement râpeuse; en résumé : correct

Bottle: Poured a clear dark golden color ale with a nice off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of dank notes with some citrusy undertones with light sharp spicy yeast notes. Taste is a mix of dank notes with dry citrusy flora undertones and a peppery sharp yeast finish. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Very interesting but also very different than most IPA out there with sharp yeast profile and loads of peppery notes.

A hazed golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with loads of resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with loads of citrusy floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice and smooth. Nitro version was not as hoppy and fragrant. On tap at brewery.
