(473ml can from L'Axe du Malt, Quebec City) Pours an opaque orange juice colour with a small white head that is stable with lots of lace. Notes of orange juice and orange and grapefruit peels dominate, with some fruity and lightly chalky yeast support, clean pale malt, tropical undertones and a touch of leafy and resinous hop quality as well. Lightly sweet and finishing rather dry with low bitterness. Medium bodied, with rather soft fizzing carbonation and alcohol hidden. I imagine this beer has rather changed from its early days into a DNEIPA, and it's a pretty solid one at that, drinks basically like a less tart orange juice so it goes down super fast.

A hazed golden amber ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, pungent floral hops over biscuit malt, catty notes, resinous and piney, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with grassy resinous and piney hops, light doughy character, green hops, very nice. On tap at Brasseurs Du Temps.
