600ml bottle. Slightly hazy golden pour, big frothy white head. Very wheaty aroma, some grass, soft lemon rind, and subtle savouriness. Soft mouth feel, very low carb. Finish is light and lemony, with a good malted wheat finish, and some light salt. The savoury part of the beer is very turned down here.

J’aime beaucoup leurs étiquettes... Pour la bière en tant que telle, je l’ai trouvé correcte mais le sel et le citron auraient pu être plus présents encore. C’était très sucré pour le style aussi, sans être fruité.

Bottle: Poured a pale yellow color gose with a large foamy pure white head with good retention. Aroma of light tart notes with light wheat malt is more bland than I was expected. Taste is alight mix of tart notes, light lemon and some wheat malt. Body is light with good carbonation. Not bad but lack a bit of complexity.

Bottle from the 2015 Oktoberfest mixer pack. Pale cloudy amber with a modest lingering white head that leaves just a bit of lace. Nose of wheat, light lemon and salt. Light sweet honey with an equal tartness in the middle through to the end. There is a light spice throughout but he salt is unobtrusive and becomes most evident at the very end. Medium light slick mouth with slightly soft carbonation. Interesting but not a style I would go to regularly.

A golden gose with a thin white head. In aroma, a sweet creamy malt with flower, rose, wit like. in mouth, a smooth malt with light fruity esters, light salt and oily mouthfeel. Cask at Beau’s Oktoberfest Sept 29 2012.

Pretty interesting beer. Just gives me a notion of what a gose tastes like, though don’t have much point of comparison in that category. Aroma of of sour wheat, sour barley and yeast. Pours cloudy blond with decent lacing. Leaves sour with a bit of spice, maybe coriander. A little haylike bitterness reminiscent of some saisons. Tap at volos.

New arrival at Pub Italia in the Abbey section. Pours a hazy golden colour with a frothy white head that has good retention and great lacing. Big cereal nose with hints of coriander. Medium-light bodied. Fruity malt taste with notes of honey and spices. Mango is found in the aftertaste with some grain lingering. Quite a good light beer that is refreshing and still tasty with all of those nice organic ingredients.
