Dégustée au printemps 2017 (De mes notes). .

Draft: Poured a clear golden color ale with a light foamy head. Aroma of tart notes with light spiced and herbal notes. Taste is also a mix of tart notes with some light herbal notes and a spiced finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable but not sure mix of gruit and sour is the perfect match.

A hazed blonde Weisse with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light spiced notes, light lemony notes,light vanilla extract, ice cream, pleasant. In mouth, a nice lemony notes, lemongrass, ginger, herbs, very nice and refreshing. On tap at Festibière de Gatineau été 2017.

Jai une impression de kettle sour sucré sans houblon... Il ny a pas de mousse ni deffervescence dans mon verre non plus. Je trouve ce Gruit fort original et très bien fait, sans pour autant être complexe.
