Bottle: Poured an amber color ale with a large light dark beige foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of dry caramel malt notes with some grainy notes with clear barrel notes also noticeable. Taste is a mix of dry caramel malt notes with some grainy notes and strong barrel notes and a dry finish. Body is about average with good carbonation and some warming alcohol notes. Not bad but barrel notes are almost overwhelming.
