De délicates notes de boisé fumé s’accompagnent de subtils fruits à chair blanche et de pommes pour nous donner un olfactif tout à fait original. Le liquide jaune et partiellement voilé se couvre d’une petite mousse effervescente et fuyante. Le bois et le fumé accaparent une grande partie de la palette gustative mais demeure délicat et ne démontre aucune agressivité. En sourdine on dénote des fruits à chair blanche (poire, pomme) assortie d’une très légère acidité. Le malt de blé nous donne des accents de céréales miellées et de pain. Présence de houblons floraux mais l’amertume est à peu près inexistante. Expérience plaisante. Douceur du fumé et complexité des notes d’arrière-plan. Harricana Gratzer 2.9% Bottle from Experience Bière. This style is one you rarely see so when I saw this for 7$ I grabbed it. Very light gold which is no surprise due to the low ABV. The aroma is smokey honey glazed ham. The taste is smokey soda biscuits with ham. Interesting to try another of this oddball style. A polish smoked sour inspired by Wayne Gretzky hence the #99, trippy. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A pale blonde beer with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, nice fruity malt with light peated notes, light acidity, light mineral notes. In mouth, sweet fruity malt with light peated notes, light woody notes, fruity esters, light bacon in finale, interesting. On tap at L’autre oeil.
