On tap at Pub West Shefford, Montreal on 3rd July 2017. Yellowy gold with shallow off-white foam and scant lacing. Caramel malty aroma. Malty and very fruity in-mouth with apricot and lemon citrus. Malty finish with leafy hop notes. Very zingy mouthfeel and a somewhat light body.

Visuel : Couleur : dorée. Apparence : claire.
Arôme : Grains de malt pâle, notes fruitées (agrumes), notes de houblon herbeux et de miel.
Goût : En entrée de bouche : Petites notes fruitées (agrumes. Une dominante de grains de malt moyennement sucrés est présente avec des notes de miel ainsi qu’une très légère amertume de houblon herbeux aux petites notes florales.
En bouche : Corps : plutôt mince. Effervescence : moyenne. Texture : très légèrement huileuse aux notes aqueuses. Finale : courte, composée de notes amères de houblon herbeux.

Thanks to AleRider78 for the trade on this one. Pours a light golden-yellow colour (not filtered to the max) with a foamy slight off-white head that disappears rather quickly and leaves some little foam patches. Very mild aromas of malts giving some hints of sweetness-sourness with very light grassy-chemical hops and some farm notes. Malty taste with a little sweetness and herbal hops. Nothing really exciting here. Just a slight notch above macro blonde ales.

Can: Poured a golden color ale with a nice large foamy head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma of light cereal notes with some light butter notes. Taste is also dominated by cereal notes, light residual sugar notes and light buttery finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Well done for style with good drinkability.
