Où, Quand, Comment : Dégustée en fût sur place (2011-11-28).
Visuel : Couleur : dorée-foncée. Apparence : semi-voilée.
Arôme : Caramel doux, léger de levures fruitées (agrumes).
Goût : Entrée de bouche : Léger goût de levures fruitées (agrumes. Une dominante de malt du genre caramel sucré est également présente avec notes de houblon herbeux ainsi que des traces de miel et de pain.
En bouche : Corps : moyen. Effervescence : moyenne. Texture : légèrement huileuse. Finale : moyenne-courte, composée d’un léger résiduel sucré ainsi que de faibles notes de houblon herbeux.

Draft. An unclear amber beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of malt and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and straw, as well as light notes of honey, leading to a dry finish.

Lune de miel nitro honey pale ale 6.5% A thickly opaque gold with a solid creamy head. Very mild aroma with light biscuit and honey notes. Smooth mouthfeel and medium bodied, this is quite sweet with honey, candied flowers and sugary grainy notes. Too sweet and cloying.

A beautiful translucent amber ale with a thick nitro moka head. In aroma, herbaceous malt with light butterscotch, dandelions. In mouth, a smooth grainy maltm silky, roasted grains, grassy, lightly oily mouthfeel, medium bodied. On tap at brewpub, April 23 2011.
