Draught at St. Augustine's, Vancouver
Unexpected/expected this beer is dark amber, cloudy, with compact beige head. Aroma and flavor go hand in hand, with delicate biscuity malt, caramel, light bread, rye, toasty notes, very light earthy touch. A bit of fruity esters in the aroma, possiblythe hops.
An interesting Amber Ale, nothing exceptional, but well constructed.

Visuel : Couleur : ambrée foncée. Apparence : très légèrement voilée.
Arôme : citrique, fruits tropicaux, léger caramel, notes pain grillé, notes herbeuses et résineuses
Goût : Moyennement amer, citrique, fruits tropicaux, agrumes, moyen caramel, léger résineux, notes rôties
Texture : Corps moyen. Effervescence moyenne. Texture : moyennement huileuse. Finale : Longue, moyennement amère et asséchante

A reddish amber ale with a thin lacing mocha head. In aroma nice caramel malt with grassy floral hops, grapefruit pulp, classic. In mouth, a sweet caramel malt with grassy floral hops, grapefruit pulp, resinous and piney, treacle, very nice. On tap at Festibière d’hiver 2015.

Strange beer. Pours reddish clear with ok head and lacing. Aroma of grass, hay and a little funk. Bitter finish. Average carbonation with slick texture. Tap at volos.
