Pours rather unclear, peachy pink. Small white head. Smell is sharp, tart, lactic acid, not too much acetic acid. A very , very simple sourness and a whiff of raspberry, making this a very boring , typical US style sour beer.

Draught Small off-white head over clear Christmas bauble-red beer. Raspberry², barnyard odours, rainwater, diluted raspberry jam. Sour raspberries, but the lactic kettlesour dominates, to the detriment of the fruitflavours. Faintly cakebottom. Feels quite sparkling, titillating MF. Light acidburn and acidthinning. Good carbonation, if not more than medium. Typical USA.

Bottle thanks to the guys at Crooked Stave! Pours deep red with a medium white head. Notes of raspberry jam, cranberries, CS funk, lemon zest, lactic tartness, floral notes. Delicious

Bottle at home. Unclear red with almost no head. Very clean wild raspberries, some citric tartness, light wood. Overall clean and nicely drinkable, but lacks a bit of complexity.

Bottle @Mad for Beer (Rome). Rossa/bruna, intensa, schiuma bianco-sporca medio-leggera. Al naso note di lamponi, frutta rossa, acetico leggero. In bocca è acida decisa, fruttata, tagliente, appena acetica. Corpo medio-alto, carbonazione media. Ok.

Bottle. Mitchell’s Wines, Sheffield. Clear, raspberry red. Thin, dense, fully lacing, pink head. Looks great. Nose has raspberry ice cream. Raspberry jam. Soft, sweet oak. Taste is sweet and tart fresh raspberry. Clean and light on the palate. Soft tartness. Crisp fizz. More juicy raspberry to finish. Lovely stuff.
