A golden lager with a thin white head. Typical lager aroma with adjunct notes. In mouth, a crisp lightly sweet malt with light german hops, tastes like the old Carling Black Label that was so popular back in the 80s (the beer of the poor young independantist student)...I’m not sure why this brewery made this crap...money....Bottled in Oct 2008, and bought Fall 2009 at Trappe a Fromages. Tasted Dec 24 2009, with my dad.

Bouteille 341ml.

Bottle: Poured a pale yellow color lager with a pure white foamy head with average retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of light malt with some very subtle hops that brings some dryness at the end. Taste is very bland with some light grainy malt and light dry hops. Easily drinkable with minimum complexity and at least no adjunct were detected.
