Aroma of sour roasted malt, and that’s pretty much it. Flavor is wattery and thin with hints of roasted malt and some more sourness. Bottle must have been off, but really, who knows with la schoune!

A lightly hazed brown ale with a thin moka head, and some fluffy floaties depositing at the bottom of the glass. In aroma, a light flemish brown with acetic, some fruity notes, and dark fruits, like stewed prunes. In mouth, again, this light flemish sour is there, spoiled, but it didnt turn out as bad, its light bodied, acidulated, a tiny bit of rubber, and sweet chocolate in finale. Maybe he used Rahman’s yeast. Bottle from Jovi, 2.99$.

Bouteille 341ml.

Bottle: Poured a light black color ale with a good size foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light dry coffee is some what bland. Taste is a mix between some light dry coffee notes with some lightly roasted malt. Body is just too thin for the style with some good carbonation. No fundamental flaws but not a whole lots of character as well.
