Can from Superdino, Puerto Mogán. Clear golden, not much of head. Slightly funky with some barnyard, red apples, caramel. Slight sourness. Highly drinkable, I could really see this as a gateway cider into more funky stuff.

Bottle. Gold with white mousse that lasts a while. Aroma of medium apples and their skins, some caramel, vanilla. Greener apples toward the end. Not super dry but no mush with a little lemon and tannin. Uncomplicated but refreshing.

Maeloc Sidra Seca 4.5% I got these at that Kitchen supermarket near CBM LUCUA, 4-500¥ so a bit pricey. Deep gold in color with a fizzy head and a decent musty orchard dry cider aroma. The light raspy body starts with a big hit of apple seeetness, a buttery character then goes very dry and even gives me hints of peach. It is ok but I really want to try some better funkier wild Spanish ciders, I hear they’re really good.

Bottle at a tasting. Actually quite good. Easy drinking, moderate apple character present even if a bit simple. Mostly sweetish, light sourness. Overall simple, but enjoyable.
