Grainy aroma, light cereals, and lots of medicinal grassy notes, even some floral herbs. Some wet hay, even paper, touches of nuts. Cant pick out dandelion exactly, but im assuming its adding to the herbal note i’m getting.

Évaluation no.34 Octobre 2010. Aucun nez. Couleur blonde. Mousse trop persistante. Énormément de mousse. Notes d’agrumes en attaque. Citron.

Bottle: Poured a light pale yellow color ale with a nice foamy pure white head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light spices with floral malt undertones is quite pleasant. Taste is a mix between some spices including coriander and probably some light pepper with some floral malt – quite refreshing overall. Body is a bit light with good carbonation. Not the most complex beer out there and quite difficult to pick-up any dandelions but nice rustic feel and very refreshing.

A blonde ale woith a thin creamy white head. Aroma is sweet and creamy with a bit of rosewater. In mouth, a light weizen type ale with bananas, grassy, very light bodied. On tap at Vices et versa, July 26 209.
