Depuis 1920, les établissements Guillet élaborent les cidres bouchés Kerisac à partir de pommes à cidre issues des vergers bretons. Celles-ci sont renommées pour leurs qualités gustatives ainsi que leur puissance aromatique, finalisée par une légère pointe d'acidité rafraîchissante. Une large gamme de cidres bouchés déclinés en 4 variétés :

0.25l bottle@Nissa Socca, Nice as Kerisac Cidre Breton Brut Cuvee Speciale, 5 % abv. Hazy yellowish golden colour, small white head that vanishes quick. Aroma is sweet ripe apples meeting some mild tartness, cheese and yeast. Flavour is rather similar with the apples and cheesy notes being the strongest. Pleasantly balanced and suit the excellent food well.

Bottle 750ml. corked @ [ Fastelavn Smagning - Carnival Tasting - Ulfborg ].Clear medium to dark orange colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate apple, dry apples, woody. Flavour is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average duration, apple, wood. Body is light to medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat to soft. [20120218]

Bottled. A dark golden cider with a beige head. The aroma has notes of over ripe apples and sirup. The flavor is sweet with notes of apples, apple core, and a bit of alcohol, leading to a dry finish. Thanks fonefan for sharing.

Bottle, 75cl corked. A clear, dark golden cider with aroma of sweet apples and apple tart. Some apple cores in the flavor, semi sweet, and with apples dominating, of course. Medium body, a bit less dry than I’d want it, but anyway, it’s a nice cider, probably best suited with some food, it’s not a cider I think is well suited for just drinking. 120218
