Depuis 1920, les établissements Guillet élaborent les cidres bouchés Kerisac à partir de pommes à cidre issues des vergers bretons. Celles-ci sont renommées pour leurs qualités gustatives ainsi que leur puissance aromatique, finalisée par une légère pointe d'acidité rafraîchissante. Une large gamme de cidres bouchés déclinés en 4 variétés :

• Doux (alc 2% vol)
• Demi-sec (alc 3,5% vol)
• Brut (alc 4,5% vol)
• Brut Traditionnel (alc 5,5% vol)

1L bottle @ Ruoholahti. Aroma is messy with ripe appöes and fermentation aromas. Flavour has menthol, ripe apples and floury apples. Messy and not good

Golden colour. Aroma and flavour are of moderately sweet apples. Not particularly ’brut’.

Overpriced glass from a fancy cafe in central Moscow. Yellow with no head. Sweet apple aroma. Taste is sweet with light acidity.

pours clear golden. aroma and flavour of ripe red apples. slightly sweetish, not too dry for a brut.

Bottle in Paris, 4.5%. Watery neutral beginning. Hints of apples far away, refreshing but only hints of tart cider apples. Fruity-watery ending, smooth, hints of ripe apples, not too dry (more watery), not too good.

Orange color with white head. Aroma is red apples, quite sweet. Taste is sweet, but quite dry and saliva-pulling at the same time. Easily drinkable. High carbonation. Not sure what to think of this. It?s sweet and dry at the same time.

Bottle. Yellow colour. Light apple aroma. Moldy apple flavor. Not that dry. Lacks barnyard notes. Short finish. watery palate. not so good cider.

75cl bottle from Auchan. Kinda surprised this hasn’t been added already, considering it’s a ubiquitous sight in French supermarkets. This is an excellent, well-blended cidre, soft with deep fruitiness, its’ dryness just creeping in on the finish. The kind of stuff that could easily turn into 3 or 4 empty bottles at the end of a sunny evening.

750ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Hazy orange golden colour, short-lived white head and aroma of sour apple, barnyard. Taste is fruity apple, tangy, with an earthy farmyard note. Light to medium bodied, high carbonation, dry tannic finish. Quite OK.
