Sample size at Churchkey. Poured a clear golden color with a white head. Aroma was earthy lemon, with some pine. A touch sour, with a earthy hop finish.

The pine infusion is really potent, in your face. The bretta still comes through, but the pine buds really take over here. Pours golden without much head. Very bitter. Not sure I'm a fan of this. It's better than the Gluhkriek, but not great. Tap at Churckey.

Pours clear dark golden with a small white head, some leaving. Barnyard funk, tart, zest.

On tap at Oud Beersel. Pours clear gold with no head. Winter spices on the nose. Flavour has cloves, a bit of liquorice, some wood and mildew. Quite pleasant.

At Beertime. A pretty basic lambic, not much more to say. Sour, tart, funky, but nothing special about this one. Good but in no way great.

On tap at Board Room Folkestone. Clear amber colour no head. Proper lambic funk aroma. A still beer. I liked it. Some sourness to it. Balanced sourness. Authentic funk. Some sweetness too. Touch of pine. Loved it
To have a proper lambic in Folkestone on draught. Wow.

Есть сразу в запахе нотки от трав, много сена и коровника в целом, квашеность легкая. Цвет немного мутный, желтый, пенки почти нету. Вкус на уровне. В меру мягкий, хотя при этом намеки на сено. Есть прямо трава, как хмель как будто, точнее пыльца от нее. Снова много коровника. При глотке кислинка цитрусовая. Что странно это реально маленькая газация для этого стиля. В целом на уровне.
