Drunken as "Loïc Raison Cidre Breton Brut". 2,32€ for 75cl @ Cora. Cidre starts mild-smooth. A bit watery, tart, not very dry. The mainpart is watery, tart, highly drinkable. nice. The typical nice cidre-apple aroma is nice, but could be a bit more intense. --> nice easy drinkable cider. --> 12/13/11/12

Gold, medium bead. Fresh and cooked apples and a little mustiness. Quite sweet and apple saucish, but dries out nicely but not severely. A little acid a the end too. Simple but nicely balanced.

750 ml bottle. Golden body with a small white head. Aroma is cider apples, wood and apple cores, very nice indeed. Refreshing acidic apple flavor with wood and a kind bitterness. Heavy carbonation, still pretty pleasant without being particular exiting.

Bottle, 75cl corked. It pours a clear, golden body and a small, white head. Lots of apples and some orchard in the aroma, with a touch of sugar. The flavor is dominated by apples, but it’s sort of boring, at least compared to the aroma. Medium body, semi dry and lightly sparkling. Apple finish. A decent cider, but it’s a bit boring, at least in the flavor. Wouldn’t mind drinking more of it though. 120124
