Our weizen beer is brewed with wheat, giving it a cloudy appearance. You'll smell banana and clove notes on the nose. This beer is super refreshing.

33cl bottle from Beer52.
Thin white head. Very hazy golden pour. Easy drinking but nothing special

Bottle from Beer52. Hazy orange-yellow with a white head. Smooth texture is rather lost due to an annoying prickly fizz. Flavours are the hefe classics of foam banana sweets, clove and coriander seed, although fortunately the banana is more muted than in some. Maybe a tad thin, but nevertheless it's a solid example of the style.

33cl bottle via Beer52: BB 14th Sep 2021. Drank at home on 23rd Nov 2020. Misty golden body, bubbly white crown that lasted. Wheat like aroma with the usual banana and clove aroma/taste, more subtle than some, but still there if you sniff and sip slowly. Long way from a classic 'Hefeweizen', but it's fine for a pretend brewery attempt.

[33cl bottle from Beer52.] A hazy amber pour with a tight white head; banana and clove aroma as expected; rather thin in the mouth with a sweet banana taste; and a rather watery finish. Promising to start, but a weak imitation of the real thing.

Bottle from Beer 52. Plenty of the usual suspects (banana and bubblegum) in the nose. Pours a hazy lemon yellow with a foamy white head. Banana again the main flavour in the mouth, with some pear drops plus an underlying yeasty bitterness. Banana and clove in the finish. Quite nice and well balanced but not a worldbeater.

Tight foamy white head stayed on a cloudy gold coloured body. Sweet orange, spice & wheat aroma. Medium bodied, fluffy with a cloying back. Sweet fruits, yeast, spices, confectionery & peach tastes. It's a drinker

330ml bottle from Beer52. Pours cloudy gold-yellow with small white head and good retention. Aroma is strong on the banana with some clove coming through, also some floral hop. Taste is smooth and malty with a lovely fruity note and mild bitterness in the finish which more than makes up for the lack of spice coming through; very nice indeed. Good Hefeweizen.
