Bottle from Beer52. Gold with a very thin white head that rapidly vanishes. There's a light fizz but it feels flat and lifeless. Buttery, with grass, a little lemon and some biscuit in the background. I've had better lagers, but I've had far worse ones too. By lager standards, it's just about ok.

33cl bottle from Beer52: BB 14th Sep 2021. Poured into an old Konig Pilsener glass at home on 23rd Nov 2020. Fast fading white head on a bright, clean and clear golden body; typical Pilsener look and condition. Dry grainy feel overall, light malty base. Refreshing, but lacks individuality.

Bottle from Beer 52. Aroma of sweet malts – with a hint of washing-up liquid ! Pours a very pale straw with vitually no head at all. Some grains in the mouth, but mainly still sweet malts. A touch of ginger and bitterness in the finish. Pretty nondescript really.

[33cl bottle from Beer52.] A straw coloured pour with a fast fading white head, leaving a very flat appearance; grassy aroma; strong grassy taste with a light floral bitterness. A decent Pilsner, but there are many better.

330ml bottle from Beer52. Gold, thin head, retention ok. Aroma is semi-sweet, grass, light floral hop. Taste is quite malty, grass, sweet, quite a smooth mouthfeel and high carbonation. Good Pilsner.
