Barrel-aged Molten Double Chocolate Fudge Cake Supreme
We put double the amount of cocoa nibs per litre than we’ve ever used on any of our beers before, added a touch of fudge and stuffed it into a big, fat imperial stout that we’ve been aging in bourbon barrels for over a year. If you melted down the world’s most chocolate-y cake and made a beer of it, it would probably taste something like this… but with a very sensible 12.1% ABV.

Black with a minimal light brown head. A chocolate, dried fruit with some wooden barrels sense. Sweet with a warm sticky dried fruit and wooden barrels ending. Agenturet, can. Agenturet tromsø.

Can. Opaque dark brown beer, small bubbly dark tan head. A pretty light palate for the abv, light and reasonably crisp. Rich dark malts sit well in the light palate. A pronounced savoury vibe enhances the rich chocolate cake dark malts. Chocolate fudge and chocolate ganache. Well integrated and fruity bourbon. Savoury chocolate finish. Lovely. A less sugary alternative to the wonderful Amundsen pastry.

Draft - Marzipan, fudgy chocolate and vanilla. Jet black with a nice brown head. Vanilla, marzipan and a fudgy milky rich sweetness. Body is spot on for this dessert beer.
