Powerful beer, for connoisseurs of artisans. High alcohol content and strong in bitterness. On the nose we perceive strong aromas of pine, resin and malt. In the mouth we find a wide range of tropical flavors, both citrus and floral.

Keg at Skaal, CPH, 09/05/18. Hazed golden amber with a well presented egg shell white covering. Nose is orange pith, light pine, toasted malts, grapefruit. Taste comprises orange pith, melon, caramel malts, light breads, pine needle, grassy. Medium plus body, fine carbonation, semi aggressive hop bitterness in the close. Ok DIPA ... another one from the old skool recipe book by this brewer.

150ml draught, TTO at Skaal. Shared with Skinnyviking. Cloudy amber body, spotty lacing on the glass. Small pearl white head. Doughy aroma with hints of citrus. Orange, grapefruits and leafy hops to the taste profile. Rounded bitterness to the ending. Fine depth. Nice. (Copenhagen 10.05.2018).

Draft @ Skaal, Copenhagen. Pours a hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty grapefruit hoppy aroma. Fruity malty grapefruit hoppy bitter flavor. Has a fruity malty grapefruit hoppy bitter finish.

Fra fad på Skaal København mai-18: uklar oransjegylden med fint skum som varer. Pregnant aroma av overmodne frukter som fersken, aprikos, mango og grapefrukt. Solid maltbase gir karamellsødme og avslutningen preges av appelsinmarmelade, furunål og mango. Heavy duty fuel indeed, but still a pleasure.

Draft. An amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of over ripe fruits, hops, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, hops, and fruits, leading to a bitter finish.

From tap. Pours hazy orange. Small off white head. Aroma is pine and herbal hoppy. Bitter, solid hoppy. Slight fruity. Biter. Slight herbal hoppy. Bitter and dry finish.

Fat Skaal. Mörkrostig färg. Doftar som man kan ana, sjukt mycket dov tung malt. Kavring nedtryckt i glaset om du fattar. Vindruvor utav helvete. Såå långt ifrån nya England man kan komma, smakar? Exakt som doften. Dock med inslag av smör och lite kola, ok lite överaskad av smaken . God tung klassisk USA inlands dipa . De hittar man inte längre så snart får man kalla denna stilen europeisk bättre old school.

9th May 2018
Skaal. Keg. Hazy deep amber beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and fairly dry, decent fine carbonation. Light dry malts, some mild grain, nothing serious. Decent hop spice. Rich marmalade and orange peel. Traces of lemon and tropical fruits. Light semi dry spicy finish. Slightly raw but goes down fine.

Tap@Skaal, Copenhagen - Amber pour with a small white head. Sweet malty and fruity with some grapefruit and tangerine, caramel sweet malty backbone, resinous hoppy finish.
