Bottle split at the 'fuck me it's Kenny; tasting, thanks to LKS - Watford, 25/06/21. Hazed orange with a good sized white covering. Nose is dusty green berries, funk, hay bale, grains, yeast esters. Taste comprises dusty fruits, grains, yeast esters, lemon rind, light Soarchi dusting. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough saison with a balanced Sorachi kiss.

Bottle shared in Watford - sourced from Belgium, maybe Etre. Moderate gusher. Pours lightly hazed deep golden-orange with a big, frothy off-white head. Light to medium sweet, a little grassy, some orange peel, dandelions, sun-kissed wheat flakes, mild yeast. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Bitter finish, some grass and leaves, more floral notes, mild citric tang. Interesting one.

Bottle at home shared at the friendly Friday tasting. 25/06/2021. Many thanks to Leighton for this one. A light hazed orange coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is veg, green hop light sour. Flavour is composed of semi sweet lime, mellow funk, coconut. Palate is semi sweet, frothy airy carbonation..

25th June 2021 Tasting at Fergus gaff. Thanks to Leighton. Slow gusher. Hazy gold amber beer, big bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Fluffy malts, a light creamy sweetness. Very floral lemon, just a touch of the normal dill lemon. Whisper of lemon peel. Light finish. Tidy. Could be more Sorachi.

75cl bottle from Rob the Gourmets’ Market in Brussels. F: huge, white, long lasting. C: orange gold, hazy. A: malty, orange, spicy, bit lemon, herbal, bit yeasty. T: medium malty base, orange, bit pine, herbal, bit tangerine, coconut touch, yeasty touch, bit more fruity than I expected yet very nice for me, high bit disturbing carbonation, good, enjoyed.

Clear orange beer, small aery irregular off-white foamy head, unstable, falls down quickly. Aroma: dirty, very funky, some strawberry jam, sweet malts, some caramel, overripe fruits. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty start, bitter, soapy, bit unpleasant, pretty spicy, quite some cardamom. Aftertaste: spicy, hoppy, citrus notes, grapefruit, herbal, soft acidity, bitter finish.
