Bottle shared at THT June. Golden with white head. Slaw, grease, grass, vegetal and herbal, soft, cactus milky, very greenish in taste. Moderate sweet and bitter, light sour. Medium body and soft carbonation.

Bottle shared at THT June ‘19. Hazy golden with a big white head. Aroma of grassy sorachi ace, yeast, citrus and pepper. Flavour is light moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.

Sampled at THT June. Bit hazy deep golden with some floaters because of the very lively carbonation. Big white head. Sorachi Ace up front, strong bitter herbs, sweet malts, light funk, grapefruit, light alcohol, spicy yeast. Medium sweet and quite bitter. Medium bodied, lots of carbonation. Sorachi Ace is really there.

Bottle. Etre Gourmet. Lots of yeast sediment in this, so the colour and clarity is all in the wrist, really. Bronze gold in my glass. Fully hazy. Lasting and lacing, fairly leggy, white foam. Nose has lime filled Sorachi. Fantome herb. Fruited loaf. Taste is a little sweet, with a dose of herbal, piny, lime juice bitterness. Medium body. Soft carbonation. Nicely oily. Lingering herbal bitterness to finish. Very nice, hop forward Saison.
