Bottle shared by Lizzie & Daren, thanks! Pours a slightly hazy light orange gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has sour light fruits with a hint of oak and a decent amount of sour lemon and light fruits with light funk and an oak backbone.

ABV: 8.73%. Hazy medium yellow colour with a average to small, frothy, good to fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, wheat, funk, tart, wood, honey, barrel - oak, peach - apricot. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate acidic with a long duration, tart, dry, apricot, sour, barrel, honey notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. 375ml corked and caged bottle. Pours a hazy yellow-orange with a medium, foamy, long lasting, off-white head that leaves curtains of lace. Sweet, fruity aroma of wheat malt, apricot, peach, tangerine, lemon, lacto, oak, honey and white wine. Sweet fruity flavour of wheat malt, honey, peach, apricot, lemon, green apple, white grape, honeydew, oak, white wine and floral hops in a dry, acidic, sour lacto finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average to lively carbonation. Well balanced and complex. Excellent.

Bottle. The colour is hazy dark orange with a big off-white head. Aroma of rowanberries, oak, barn yard, vinegar and some apricots. The flavour mirrors the aroma. Has a slick mouth feel, medium body and a light bitterness. Well balanced, sweet and sour.

Sample at Urban Artifact during The Extinction Event: Natural Wine & Spontaneous Beer Fest on 09/28/2019, as The Beer Formerly Known As La Tache. This beer pours a clear pale golden color with a medium frothy white head that dissipates gradually to a film. Partial rings of lace. Aroma of citrus, yeast, hops and malt. Medium body with flavors of tart lemon, funky wheat, hops and biscuit malt. The finish is tart and funky with a lemony aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Bottle. Pours clear golden with a super fizzy small white head that dissipapears quickly. Aroma is full of oaky funk, lemon, basement must, Brett and socks. Flavor is light tart, medium funk, bright, citrus. Medium body, bubbly carbonation. Quite fine.

On tap. Pours a deep orange mahogany with little head. Aromas of forest berries, forest floor and dull wheaty malts. Flavors of sharp forest berries, spruce, lemons and sharp wheaty malts
