Bottle to snifter.
Appearance: golden amber to orange color with a finger and a half's worth of white foamy head which slid off delicately to leave some light messy lace
Aroma: funky to earthy to woody and floral tones noting some barrel-like vibe meshing with some light vinous to light pine tone then light honey rolling in underneath
Flavor: moderately funky sweet with a woody toned tart to sour thing going on; slight aftertaste of funk and pine
Texture: medium bodied, of the sipping quality; medium sour harshness to the tongue but fully astringent; finishes woody with a touch of honey and floral capabilities
Overall: another awesome sour ale by these guys. Of course I would love to have again.

From tap at BeerTemple, Amsterdam. Sour and funky with an aroma of citrus, light grain, touch of stone fruits, funk, apricot, some peach, bit zesty. Nicely funky and sour, medium body, complex. Great!

Dullish pale amber. No head. Refined buggy aroma, gently sweet biscuity malts. Lots of bugs, peachy stone fruit notes, oaky tannins. Refined and balanced. Excellent.

750ml bottle shared by ippopotamo36 @Luppolo Station (Rome). Dorata carica, un filo torbida, schiuma leggera, virtualmente assente. Al naso note di legno, cantina, cuoio, origano, spezie, sottobosco, leggero citrico. In bocca è acida e speziata, vinosa, leggermente sapida, spettacolare. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Un capolavoro di equilibrio e innovazione.

Poured from 750mL bottle @ FHF Day 2 (batch 4.21.22). Hazy gold with small white head. Gentle funk, not a huge amount of depth. Decent.

Cork-top bottle, 0.375l, thanks to Bongtribe for sharing. Aroma of grape skin, ripe fruit, barnyard and honey. Pours cloudy dark golden color with thin creamy white head. Taste is tart vinous, citrusy, sweet honeyish, milky and woody. Medium to full body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Funky cure for every kind of problem…
