Die elegante Gastronomie-Spezialität wird von der Familienbrauerei Dinkelacker nach altüberlieferter Rezeptur hergestellt und steht bei Liebhabern außergewöhnlicher Biere schon lange hoch im Kurs. Cluss Kellerpils ist ein untergäriges, naturbelassenes Pils mit fein verteilter Hefetrübung. Es zeichnet sich durch seine hellgelbe Farbe und ein sehr kompaktes Schaumprofil aus. Das angenehme Frischearoma und die milde Hopfenbittere stehen für den ursprünglichen Geschmack von Cluss Kellerpils. Der eigenständige Charakter des regional verwurzelten Bieres wird durch die klassisch ästhetische Gestaltung unterstrichen: Bodenständig und doch voller Eleganz mit einer besonderen Note.

This elegant gastronomic specialty is produced by the Dinkelacker family brewery according to a time-honored recipe and has long been a favorite among lovers of exceptional beers. Cluss Kellerpils is a bottom-fermented, natural pilsner with a finely distributed yeast cloudiness. It is characterized by its light yellow color and a very compact head profile. The pleasant fresh aroma and mild hop bitterness represent the authentic taste of Cluss Kellerpils. The distinctive character of this regionally rooted beer is underscored by its classic aesthetic: down-to-earth yet full of elegance with a special touch.

Keg at the Kings Arms during the inaugural London Bimble. Pours lightly hazy yellow with a creamy, white head. Nice cereal and pale bread in the nose. Light to medium sweet flavour with great cereal bursts, light grain, more basic bread foundation. Light bodied with average carbonation. Great balance on the finish, light biscuits, bitter straw. Solid keller bier.

[ As Cluss Kellerpils ].Unclear - hazy medium orange yellow color with a large, creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, pale malt, bread - bisquit, herbs notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, grain, pale malt, bread - bisquit, fruity notes. Body is medium to light, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20140811]

Kings Arms, Keg. Hazy paleish gold beer, tidy off white head. Palate is smooth and light and semi dry. Fine carbonation. Smooth malt, touch of cream. Classic German light caraway nuttyness. Light floralness and a whisper of citrus. Light semi dry finish. Drinkable.
