This big-bird-couloured-blue-bastard is our IIPA. This beer will rock and F*ck up your taste buds for sure. A double IPA as a double IPA should be. A full bodied palate wrecker of a hop bomb. We dry hop this bad-boy in every tank to get all those tropical, fruity, piney and citrusy aromas and flavors in there. For this mofo we use 8 different American hop varieties! And it’s the beer with the most hops in it and for that reason no beer to put away. IPA means drink fresh! Obviously unfiltered and unpasteurized.

Met benzai gedronken en geproefd. Amberkleurig bier. Zeer fruitige geurend. Schuimkop trekt snel weg. Licht bitter in de mond. Smaak van citrus is overduidelijk aanwezig. Lekker bier voor een zonnig terras.

330 ml bottle. Pours A slightly hazy Amber with the light to moderate head. Aromas of oranges, pine, rubber and doughy malts. Flavors carry same with emphasis on malts upfront then resiny hops and a late piney bitter finish. Very nice.

Bottle. Nose i tropical, pineapple, grapefruit. Taste is malty, tropical, slight honey, gentle resin, not too sweet which can be bane of Imperial IPA, very very quaffable for the strength, bitter spicey finish. It’s a really nice drinkable beer, but it feels more like an IPA than a DIPA, by which I mean the flavours have not been supercharged in the way one expects. Still a very nice drink.
