This big-bird-couloured-blue-bastard is our IIPA. This beer will rock and F*ck up your taste buds for sure. A double IPA as a double IPA should be. A full bodied palate wrecker of a hop bomb. We dry hop this bad-boy in every tank to get all those tropical, fruity, piney and citrusy aromas and flavors in there. For this mofo we use 8 different American hop varieties! And it’s the beer with the most hops in it and for that reason no beer to put away. IPA means drink fresh! Obviously unfiltered and unpasteurized.

Hazy deep amber beer, tidy off white head. Palate is light, dry and crispy. The soft dry malt has a bitter toffee streak. Pithy orange and spicy pine hops. Light malt cream. Comes together well. Fairly dry finish. Spicy hop aftertaste. Tasty if a tad dry.

cloudy / hazy brown, small light brown head. aroma is malty, very faint herbal. flavor ismmalty, herbal, bitter hoppy (non-us) caramel.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of citrusy hops, peaches, malt, and hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, peaches, hops, citrus fruits, over ripe fruits, and alcohol, leading to a bitter finish.

33 cL bottle. Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is yeasty, toasted malty. Grapefruity. Solid bitter, citrusy and grapefruity to pine. Dry and herbal finish.

Bottle 330ml. @ home.Light unclear medium to dark amber orange colour with a huge, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, riped fruit, sweet malt, dried fruit, moderate to heavy hoppy, flowers, orange - citrus, light hop oil, light toffee - butter, light alcohol. Initial flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter, finish flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light heavy bitter with a long duration, spicy hops, riped fruit, caramel - fudge, toffee. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20131109]

oranje/rood helder met schuimig witte kraag aroma: redelijk zoet, ipa aroma’s(citrus, grapefruit), floraal smaken: redelijk zoet, zwaar maar dan ook zeer zwaar bitter, zwak gefruit, floraal, taart, caramel zwakke body, dun, bittere afdronk dit bier is voor mij véél te bitter, het is te overheersend, de resterende tonen worden volledig naar de achtergrond gedrukt.

Bottle @ home. Clear dark orange color, full sized creamy beige head. Aroma of malts, tropical fruits, mango, pineapple, hops, but also a bit perfume and soapy. Taste malts, different kinds of hop, fruity, nicely bitter. A light but clearly detectable, a bit sharp fruitpeel bitterness underneath the fruit hops and bitter hops gets in the way of the flavor of the beer. Slightly sticky texture, medium body and carbonation. Has potential, but isn’t there yet. Original rating: 7-3-6-3-12=3.1 -- Re-rate August 3, 2015. Bottle @ home shared with Inoven. Hazy orange color, medium sized off-white head that lasts for a decent while. Aroma is malts, sweet sticky pine and resin with a decent amount of tropical fruit hops as well. Quite awesome actually. Taste malts, hops, again sticky and resinous hops, again quite fruity and sweet with a light to moderately bitter finish. Medium body, medium carbonation. A lot better than the first time I tried it, nice!
