Bottle shared at RJs brewpub. A boroshordo nem hagy sok nyomot rajta, hacsak nem az -egyebkent kifejezetten potens- tanninokat, amik alaposan atszovik a finist. Kisse olyan erzest nyujt mintha vissza lenne edesitve kisse, az erosen savas alma szinte azonnal atcsap meglepoen edesbe, ami erdekes modon meg csak nem is zavaro, de mindenkeppen furcsa.

20/9/2022. Bottle shared by SHIG, cheers. Pours clear dark gold with minimal head. Aroma is apple, grape, shloer, twiggy, woody. Moderate sweetness. Medium tartness. Medium body, oily, light carbonation. Light dry, woody, tannic finish. Good.

Panda at home, thanks to SHIG, 09/07/22. Golden to light amber pour with a just off white cap that thins to spotting. Nose is red apple, grape, vinous, grass, bitter sweet aromas. Taste comprises mellow red wine barrel, apple skins, orchard wood, tannins. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Decent flavoursome cider.

Bottle: Poured a murky orange with a bubble head. Aroma is apple, tannins, woodsy, grape husks, oak. Taste is bitter apple, vinous, grape, tannins, woodsy.

Tap sampled at Cider festival. Hazy pale straw with small white head. Dry apple, funk, mineral, apple peel, dry oak, vanilla, soft wine. Light bitter and tart. Over light bodied with over medium dry finish.

International Cider Festival 2019. Bottle pour. Hazy pale straw with no head. Mild sour apples, dry pear, champaign, faint hint of red wine character, mostly in the nose. Light sweet and moderate bitter, light sour. Medium body and low carbonation.
