Refreshingly sour & dry hopped. Very fruity, almost zesty and balanced with subtle savoury notes of celery and salt

440ml can delivered from New Zealand Beer Collective and drunk at home.Light gold and clear with a small ring of white head. Aroma is very light, I'm getting muted citrus peel with just a hint of celery. Taste is more engaging with both the lemon/lime sourness and the intense celery salt hitting you straight on. It's a very light and airy beer, with fairly full carbonation lifting the residually salty finish. Gorgeous little drink.

GBBF Day 2. Can. Hazy gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is light and mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light malts, a trace of creamy sweetness. Light bright mild citrus, bright and refreshing. Mild celery vibe, very mild, not sure I would have picked it up if not for the title. A light and very easy going Berliner.

On tap at Pomeroy's. Pours pale gold. Lemon, floral, lime, rose, celery salt, orange peel, a real celery finish. Tight bubbles. Surprisingly both celery salt flavour and very nice.
