Bottle, 0.375l. Aroma of raspberries, wine, must, oak and funk. Pours clear brown color with thin creamy tan-like head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts tart vinous and funky, follows by sour berries, tannins and wood with mild malty backbone, while mouthfeel is crisp and dry. Medium body, slick texture and lively carbonation in palate. Pure science...

Bevog Festival 2019. Bitter berries, funk, oak. High sweetness, sour. Too sweet. Interesting at first, wouldn't finish a glass of it though.
