Bottle at home from J and B Craft Drinks, Amsterdam, 26th January 25. Pours a clearish golden beer. Aroma is resinous, spruce and citrus pith. Taste is resinous pine,, bitter and herbal notes, citrus pith and oily texture. Classic stuff, with a bitter sweet and resinous oily finish and linger. Great beer

Hoppy and fruity, nicely bitter. Pinecones, resin, some florals, clean and smooth. Excellent.

Bottling date Oct16/2024. Pours a slightly hazy golden body and an almost white head with pretty good retention and lacing. Aroima's: somewhat resinous, but there also hints of soft fruit, notably melon. Retronasal it's light melon, soft fruit, malts, light resin. Flavour is moderate bitter with some malty sweetness. Medium bodied. Soft carbonation. Long finish, just above moderate bitter. Strikes me as not too fresh, but still quite nice,

8/19/24 bottling, drunk 8/31/24. Clear, peachy-bronze. White head on the edges. Pine, peach, fruity ester, white bread and honey from the malt. A bit woody but still plenty of juice. Pine, citrus. Kind of bitter and west coast oriented. Not sure why this brewery feels such a need to be clear and bitter. Pretty bland. Dough, bread, pine. Couldn't be more boring and pedestrian.

500ml bottle from the brewery. It pours hazy orange with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is fresh, clean, oily, sappy, pine, soft tropical/stone fruits, orange marmalade white bread sandwiches, pineapple and mango salsa. The taste is firmly dry, very fresh, pleasing bitterness which lingers throughout, sappy, oily, piney, touch green, weedy, nip of peppery spice, pithy orange, tangerine, splash of campari, marmalade, pineapple and some alcohol heat. Finish is pleasingly bitter and green pine. Medium body, fine carbonation and fluffy mouth feel. Lovely hop hit. Rounded and incredibly drinkable. Almost understated.

500mL bottle, pours a hazy bright golden orange with a medium white head. Aroma is full of orange rinds, citrus hops, big resinous hops, and caramel malt. Flavour is bold, juicy and bitter, with lots of resinous hops, bitter grapefruit rind and citrus zest. Balanced well, but still packs a nice bitter punch on the finish. Excellent.

16oz bottle shared by Dad. Fairly classical IIPA, hops aren't that juicy or impressive. Drinkable, but seems pretty dated.
