This beer pours a slightly cloudy orange color with a medium frothy bone white head that diminishes gradually to a film. Sticky strings of lace. Aroma of herbal hops, citrus and malt. Medium body with flavors of piney hops, grapefruit and biscuit malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a piney and citrusy hop aftertaste. Good IPA overall.

Pours hazy gold into a tulip. Bright white head with good retention recedes leaving trailing sheets. Mango, resin, pith and peel aromas. Soft and dry with mango, pine and hot caramel upfront turning to sweet honey and pith in the lasting finish.

Bottle at the December Ratebeer DC Tasting. Poured a very light hazy color with a small white head. Aroma was pleasant pine notes, grapefruit. Floral hops - this is a classic IPA. Nice break from the haze. Mild pine resin, grassy. Lots of alcohol. Pleasant.

Pours a slightly hazy, light lemon-yellow, with smallish head. Aroma of citrus and tropical fruit, some gasoline, dankness. Flavor is lightly sweet, with some biscuit, citrus notes, some gas, and a very slight touch of hop-pine bitterness at the finish. Not a NE-style IPA. Very good.
