Portland Beer Hub draught, 12/12/24. Clear, golden-brass. Large, white head. Bready with lots of yeast. Very fruity with unusual kumquat and papaya in there. Lots of white pepper, light clove... Malty or spelty, I guess. Chewy, big and sumptuous body with lots of depth. Not in love with the yeast though I don't hate it either. Yellow fruit, heavy white pepper, moderate clove.

500 ml bottle. 2021 vintage at 7.1% ABV. Aroma is rustic grain, lemon zest, and a little bit of floral characters. Flavor has a level of depth I wasn’t expecting. Has a soft wheat backbone with lemon essence, oats, soft spice and a kiss of that floral character that is found in the aroma. Effervescent mouth feel with a lively crisp texture. Nicely crafted!

Bottle from explosivedog and Emily: pours light copper with a white head. Aroma is funky, floral, herbal, lemon. Taste is spicy, floral, Belgian yeast (not in a saison way, but more in a Belgian Strong Ale). Pretty good.

On tap at the brewery. Pours gold. Floral, lemon, tangerine, grapefruit, light estery finish. Medium body. Well balanced. Good.
