On tap at Novare Res. Pours gold yellow. Lemon, grapefruit, funk, little banana, some apricot, super clean finish. Medium body. Really nice.

A hazed golden saison with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light Brett, ground cherry, light lactic and Epsom salts, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with Brett, coriander, pleasant and smooth. Bottle from Sébastien.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of funky brett upfront, with rustic farmhouse notes, and gentle spiciness. Flavour is very dry and funky, with rustic farmhouse notes, gentle spiciness, and plenty of brett. Woody and funky. Delicious.

Hazy and pale, with a big head. It actually gushed up quite a bit. On the nose it's quite complex, with leather and brett, fresh pale malts, a touch of floral notes. On the palate, also quite complex. Brett, pale malt, leather. Really tasty saison.
