Pours rather clear blonde. Smell is full, 3f funk, wood. Taste is very full, tart, very smooth, oak, 'buttery' mf , yet no diacetyl. More the silky, smooth, and very refined factor

Small glass, straight from the cask. Grapes and Noble rot Sauternes aroma. Citric and oaky. Cobblestones. Hint of chloride. Lovely!

0,2l from pitcher at the brewery. Dark yellow hazy color, small white head. Smells of ripe fruits, cheesy, funky, citric, wood. Nice smell. Medium body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. Tastes citric, earthy, wood, rather lactic, funky, peppery, spices. Finishes very dry and rather sour with notes of citrus, lactic notes and some funk. Nice one quite in the sour side 7, 4, 7, 3, 15

Welcome pour at the source. Clear golden with no head. Sour grain, hay, parmesan, sweet grape edges, horseblanket, nutmeg. Light sweet, moderate bitter and sour. Medium body and no carbonation. Nice.

Jug at the source. Bit hazy darker golden with no head. Quite woody, soft hay, a touch of grapes, quite some tannic oak, lemon, light funk. Over medium sour, light bitter and sweet. Medium bodied.

03.05.2019, welcome drink @ 3 Fonteinen lambik-O-droom, served from a jug tapped directly from a barrel (15 months old):
Nice bubbly longlasting head, slightly cloudy. Aroma is dry sour-ish grassy, sorrel, oak, grape peel, sour grapes, hay, old leafs, bark, grass, minerals, old rope. Taste is dry sour-ish grassy, sorrel, old rope, berry skin, sour grapes, oak, grape peel, citrus acid, hay, grass, minerals, leafs. Medium bitterness, dry sour-ish grassy mouthfeel. Nice enough, nice taste.
